What I offer

I work with corporate organisations, healthcare providers, charities and public groups to deliver high-quality education and support around cancer, health and wellbeing. My work includes consultancy, programme development, staff training and public-facing talks that help organisations improve confidence, understanding and long-term health outcomes.

I also deliver patient-facing workshops on topics such as safe exercise during and after cancer treatment, fatigue, menopause, bone health and holistic movement. These sessions are evidence-based, accessible and designed to empower people to move safely and confidently.

For individuals looking for direct support, I continue to provide patient care through the Fountain Centre at the Royal Surrey, where I offer oncology-specific exercise guidance as part of their clinical service.

For physiotherapists, personal trainers and exercise professionals, I teach on the CanRehab Ltd training courses, which provide accredited oncology-exercise education and practical skills.

My approach brings together my experience as an oncology physiotherapist, my background in health education, and my expertise in service development and business creation. This allows me to support organisations with a professional, evidence-based framework while also engaging directly with patient communities.

  • I highly recommend the cancer rehab classes run by Gemma Harris at the Cancer Rehab Collective . My radiotherapy oncologist said “music to my ears” when I described the program.Although I’ve always been active (riding, gardening, dog training) I was not into exercise for the sake of it. I’m still waiting for the moment of epiphany when I can say I love cardio. However, I’ve bought my first pair of trainers and I’m doing my best to embrace the idea. If you are ready to do the same, then I highly recommend Gemma Harris as your guide.

  • Just a quick note to say thank you for going out of your way to help me prepare for my surgery. The fitter you re the better you can handle whatever challenges you face.

  • You really are just the most lovely supportive people to work with - I can’t thank you enough for all your collective support and help over the last few months. I really do feel amazing thanks to you all - mentally and physically.

  • “Thank you for guiding me through the weeks of exercise. Your lovely greeting each time, the well planned programme and all your help and encouragement have been such a vital part of my recovery. I shall always be grateful for your support”
